Nicholas J. DeLarato

Senior Consultant

Nicholas J. DeLarato is Senior Consultant for The Human Resource Partnership, L.L.C. with a primary focus in overall human resource processes, policies, and procedures; compensation and incentive programs; and training and development activity. His most recent assignments include employee focus group facilitation for Navigation Technologies, performance management program design for the Kessler Research Institute, staffing support for Nash Engineering, management training program design for Cookson Electronics, and domestic and international compensation strategy and salary administration process support for Alpha Metals.

DeLarato has 25 years experience in Human Resources, including executive management of human resources and other administrative and professional functions. He was a Senior Director of Human Resources at Johnson and Johnson, a major pharmaceutical company, as well as the Chief Personnel Officer at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis, a leading New York City corporate law firm, with responsibility for all human resources and administrative functions.
