Stephen E. Drogus is a founder of The Human Resource Partnership and manages the firm's Healthcare Human Resource Practice. Working with HRP's partners and practice area leaders, Drogus provides leading healthcare organizations with expertise and services that enable them to build the strongest possible organizations, develop optimal human resource processes and programs, and achieve their strategic and business objectives.

Drogus has 25 years of executive-level Human Resource leadership experience in the healthcare and education sectors. As Vice President of Human Resources for Mount Sinai NYU Health, he helped lead the successful merger and subsequent consolidation of Mount Sinai Hospital and New York University Medical Center into a 23,000 employee, $2 billion healthcare service corporation. Drogus also held senior positions at New York University Medical Center, Mt. Sinai Healthcare System (Cleveland, OH), and Case Western Reserve University.

Drogus earned a BA in business administration at Baldwin Wallace College, and an MBA in human resource management from Case Western Reserve University. He was awarded the SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and The American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration.
