Tracy is a Senior Consultant for
The Human Resource Partnership with a primary focus on performance
management, policies and procedures, training and development,
conflict resolution, executive coaching, and retention strategies.
Prior to consulting she had eight years of experience in a variety of Human Resource management positions including roles as a Director with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a Manager with a prestigious Midwestern law firm. In those capacities she was responsible for the development and implementation of several highly effective performance management and career planning programs. She also focused on the redesign of HR service delivery models.
Tracy received her BA in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University. She is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management.
